How to book
Please use the calendar to search for availability for the shoot date. There is only one start time of 11am to select. Once you’ve selected a date for your session, complete the booking request form with your name, email, phone number and details as requested (so we can tie-up with booking form). You will then be taken to the payment gateway to complete the booking deposit. After processing the booking payment, you will be taken to the Product Booking Form for the products being photographed.
Finally, you will need to send the products to us before the shoot date, it is usual to send two of each if possible. The address is on our website and will also be sent to you in the booking confirmation email. If you plan to drop the products off personally, please get in touch to arrange a date/time before the shoot date, we are not always at the studio address, so please do not turn up with out an appointment – thanks.
Booking Deposit
A Deposit of £45 is taken at the time of the booking. The remaining fees are invoiced when the shoot is competed and before the images are made available. We use Square.com and/or Stripe.com to process securely online card payments. We do not store customer card details.
Best for Simple eCommerce Product Shots
The pricing includes up to 3 shots of each a product – front, back and close up (if required). Images are shot as 2500 px square jpegs on a white background to the Amazon product photography standard and specification.
After a simple post production which includes colour balancing and cropping to square web ready formats, the images are made available to you via downloaded from the internet, usually by 3-5 business days from the shoot date if not sooner. We send you a link to the images where you can download them directly.
Our fixed price size restriction is 50cm x 50cm x 50cm. We can shoot bigger, but under a different shoot price schedule and style, please discuss your requirements before booking if you are not sure.
Please note, this service is not suitable for Ghost Mannequin work due to the post production required in ghost mannequin photography.
